The launch pad stands a full 18 inches off the ground, allowing enough room for students to load and service their rocket before launching. The included Pro Series II Launch Controller and 30-foot launch cable can accommodate any single or cluster powered rockets. The launch base also features and adjustable launch rod holder that can handle either of the included 1/8 in. or 3/16 in. diameter launch rods, which are suitable for most model rocket programs. The Pro Series II Launch Controller features an audible continuity system that allows students to clearly hear if the starter is connected correctly to ensure a positive ignition and lift off.
